Publish and update a property website

Websites & sharing · All users · Reviewed

Use the property's saved details and photographs, then explicitly confirm publication.

A website belongs to the existing property

The website reuses your saved property details, photographs and agent information. Its Core, Signature or Gallery design choice is independent of the flyer design. Edit the existing listing rather than creating a second property just to change the website.

Review and publish

  1. Open the saved property. Choose Edit property to check its facts, agent information and website design, then save any changes.
  2. Confirm the property photos are available and the content is accurate. A private saved listing is not yet a public website.
  3. In Property page, choose Publish property page and read the confirmation. Publishing makes the property details and agent contact information available to anyone with the link.
  4. Confirm publish, then open View published page to inspect the actual result. Copy property link when you are ready to share it.
  5. For changes, edit the same property and use Update published page as available. The existing property URL is retained. An office approval policy may require a new review first.

Take a page offline

Use Unpublish page and confirm the action. Your saved listing and photos remain available. Updating an existing property does not mean activating a second property; plan access and any required publication approval still apply.
