How Listing Credits work
A credit activates a new property's marketing, not every edit, download or retry.
One property, one activation
For a metered workspace, a Listing Credit activates a new property when its first qualifying generation or publication succeeds. Saving a draft, previewing a source or uploading photos is not a completed activation. Failed work must not consume an activation credit.
Keep using the original property
Edits and regenerations for an already activated property do not use a second Listing Credit. Reopen that record instead of creating a duplicate. A zero balance prevents activating another property, but does not itself turn the original property into a new activation. Subscription access and office approval rules are separate checks.
Read the status before taking action
- Check the credit notice on the property and the workspace's Billing & Listing Credits view when your role has access.
- When a balance is unavailable, wait and refresh rather than assuming it is zero. An exhausted balance and a temporary loading failure are different states.
- Ask the office or agency administrator about access or additional credits. For a suspected duplicate charge, include the saved listing ID and the relevant history entries, not payment credentials.
Other usage is separate
Domain registration and valuation-related usage are not an unlimited entitlement inside a Listing Credit. Available plan and usage information is shown in the product; this guide does not promise that every planned add-on is currently available.
