One saved property connects your photos, agent details, website and marketing assets.
Start in the right workspace
AutomatedRE is your real estate marketing platform. Listing Studio is where you create and manage a property's marketing. Check the workspace name before entering a property. Your office administrator manages shared branding and team access; a saved agent profile supplies the contact information printed on your marketing.
Build one property, not separate copies
- Choose New listing. Paste a supported Zillow or Redfin property URL, or enter the property details manually.
- Review the address, asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property area and description. Select your saved agent profile when available, or enter contact details.
- Choose the website and marketing styles you need. Imported fields are shared with the form below; there is no second property to fill out.
- For an import, confirm content permission and choose Save listing with imported photos. For manual entry, choose Save and add photos, then upload your images.
- Open the saved property. Check the photos and details before generating an asset or confirming publication of its website.
Know when the work is saved
A source preview is not a saved listing. Wait for the save and photo confirmations, then reopen the saved property to check the result. Reading a guide or finishing a walkthrough does not complete these actions for you.
