Use, pause and replay a guided walkthrough
Get help on the page you are using without losing your unsaved entries.
Open a guide when you need it
- Choose Help & walkthroughs in the page header. On a narrow screen the visible label may just say Help.
- Choose Walk through this page to see the guide for your current screen. Use Next and Back to read the steps.
- Choose Let me try this step to close the guide and focus the relevant control. You still decide whether to type, save or publish.
- Use Pause walkthrough or press Escape to close it. Open Help again and choose Resume walkthrough to continue.
- After finishing, choose Replay walkthrough for a refresher. The First-flyer checklist is also available as an overview of the original asset workflow.
What progress means
Walkthrough progress is saved for the signed-in account and workspace in this browser, not across devices. A completed guide means you read it, not that you created a listing or finished office setup. When browser storage is unavailable, help still works, but progress may last only for the open page.
Keep control of your work
The walkthrough never saves a form, sends an invitation, starts generation, changes billing or publishes a property. The welcome prompt is optional. The knowledge base can be read inside Help; full articles open in a separate tab so the current form stays in place.
