Reopen a saved result for its preview and downloadable files without duplicating the property.

Reopen the result

Find the existing property in Listings and open its saved marketing result. Review the actual preview and use its PDF or PNG download links. PDF is for printing or emailing; PNG is an image you can share. Previously downloaded files do not change when a property, profile or brand is edited.

When a download link expires

  1. Return to the saved listing or result, rather than repeatedly opening the old download URL.
  2. Use Refresh saved result when offered to request fresh links.
  3. When content changed, save the new property details and generate a new result on that same property. Inspect it before sharing.

Check QR codes and failures

Publish the property page before generating an asset that needs its QR code. A failed generation is not a finished result; use the displayed missing-field, photo or access message to determine the next step. The help center does not generate assets or alter a plan.
