Agent profiles are different from member logins

Your team & brand · All users · Reviewed

Understand the difference between a marketing identity and access to the application.

A profile appears on marketing

An agent roster profile holds a name, public contact details, headshot, personal logo and optional supporting details. Selecting it on a listing supplies the marketing identity. Adding a profile does not create a sign-in account or send an invitation.

A member can sign in

Members & permissions controls application access. A producer works with their permitted listings and leads; an office administrator manages office-wide tools such as members, roster and branding. Neither office role grants agency access. Ask your office administrator when a required control is not available.

Keep the right identity on each property

An office administrator can create reusable profiles and separately invite the people who need logins. New listings can select one or two profiles where offered. A saved property keeps a snapshot of its selected marketing profiles; changing the roster does not rewrite old downloads.
