Save an agent profile, headshot and logo

Set up reusable marketing identities and know which image changes save automatically.

Create or edit the profile

Open Agent roster in the intended office and choose Add agent or Edit profile.
Enter the required name, phone and email. Add optional details that should appear on marketing.
Upload the headshot and optional personal logo. Wait for the upload confirmation, then choose Save agent to commit an edited profile.
Return to the roster and confirm the saved identity. Select that profile when creating or editing the property.

Two image controls, two save behaviors

Image controls directly on a roster card save their changes automatically. The full profile editor requires Save agent after the uploads finish. An uploaded image alone is not a saved profile in that editor.

Snapshots and logo precedence

A personal logo takes precedence when supplied; otherwise the office logo is used where supported. Saved properties hold their selected profiles as snapshots. To use revised contact details, reopen the property, review its selected agent and save before creating updated marketing.
