Recover missing photos from a saved import

Troubleshooting · All users · Reviewed

Retry photo copying on the original saved property rather than creating another listing.

Separate a saved listing from an incomplete photo copy

If details saved but some photos failed, keep the original listing. A count of photos discovered at the source is not a count of stored images. Use the actual saved gallery and any error shown beside the failed photo.

Recover on the same record

  1. In an import that is still open, choose Retry remaining photos when it is offered. Photos already stored are reused.
  2. After reopening a saved imported property, open Property import history and use Recover source photos for missing imported images.
  3. Keep the page open while recovery runs. Review any remaining file-specific errors.
  4. Reload the saved property and inspect its gallery. If a source photo is no longer available, upload an authorized original or report the exact failure.

Important recovery behavior

Recovery does not replace your reviewed property details, but it can restore source photos you deliberately removed. Use it only when that is intended. It does not increase the listing's photo limit or prove publication succeeded.
